The books interactive features are tastefully done. A pleasant amount of sound effects are blended in (bird calls, a bank of noises for different characters. This doesnt look slapped together to grab a quick buck. The charming story has been faithfully recreated, down to the great artwork on a paper-like background. The story can be narrated by a woman with a British accent who reads the story well. The words are highlighted as she reads. A nice feature is that you can touch any word and have it read aloud. There are well-placed icons that allow you to have the page reread or choose any page, but they dont take you away from the feeling of reading a real book. Id like to see other titles like this.
